Refund, Return & Warranty Policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the laptop must be in the same condition as received, with all original accessories, packaging, and invoice included.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return in the following cases:
- You are not satisfied with the product or simply change your mind within 14 days.
- The laptop has a manufacturing defect, hardware issue, or arrived damaged.
Items must be returned in their original box and condition. Any missing accessories or signs of misuse may result in a partial refund or rejection.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Recheck your bank or PayPal account.
- Contact your payment provider — it may take a few days to post officially.
- If you still haven’t received it, contact us at infolaptopdiscount@gmail.com.
Warranty Policy
All laptops come with a warranty of 1 to 2 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers hardware defects or functional faults that are not caused by misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized repair.
If you experience a fault during the warranty period, please contact us at infolaptopdiscount@gmail.com for assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after 14 days
- Items damaged due to user error
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same model, please email infolaptopdiscount@gmail.com with your order number.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:
LaptopDiscount.ca – Returns Department
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective on arrival.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
